Your session begins with 60 minutes of focused Deep Tissue Massage. Our practitioner works slowly and deliberately into areas of chronic tension—whether that’s your shoulders, neck, lower back, or anywhere you hold stress. The pressure is tailored to your needs, releasing knots and restoring mobility to tired muscles.

As your body softens, we introduce 30 minutes of Hot Stone Therapy. Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed on key points of the body and used to gently massage the skin. Their radiant warmth penetrates deep into muscle tissue, melting away any remaining tension and leaving you in a state of sustained, quiet calm.

Throughout your treatment, we use our exclusive hand-blended Eucalyptus & Rosemary oil—Eucalyptus to clear and invigorate, Rosemary to warm and soothe.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Simply arrive as you are. For the Deep Tissue Massage portion, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level. For the Hot Stone Therapy, we work with you draped comfortably throughout.

Is the pressure adjustable?

Absolutely. Deep Tissue Massage is tailored to your needs. Please communicate with your practitioner throughout—we want the pressure to be effective but never uncomfortable.

What if I’ve never had Hot Stones before?

Many of our clients haven’t. The stones are heated to a safe, comfortable temperature and placed on clothed or draped areas of the body. Most people find the warmth deeply soothing and relaxing.
