We begin with the foundational work of nervous system regulation and building inner stability through Kundalini Yoga. From that place of embodied calm, we then use the profound, vibrational field of the gong bath to experience how personal peace radiates and interacts within a shared space. This workshop is for anyone ready to deepen their personal practice and explore the interconnected nature of true wellbeing.

Your Journey: What to Expect

The workshop follows a carefully sequenced arc to guide you from inner cultivation to expansive awareness:

· Sacred Opening & Intention: We will gather, ground, and set a collective container for our exploration of peace.

· Kundalini Kriya: Cultivating the Source: Through specific breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas), and sound (mantra), this active phase focuses on:

  · Grounding & Stability: Techniques to soothe the nervous system and build your inner sanctuary.

  · Heart Opening & Energetic Radiance: Practices designed to unlock compassion and cultivate your body’s natural, radiant energy field.

· Immersive Gong Bath: The Field of Harmony: As you settle into deep rest (Savasana), the gongs will carry the work deeper. The soundscape is intentionally crafted to move from clear, focused frequencies into expansive, harmonious waves, allowing you to experience a tangible sense of collective calm and vibrational unity.

· Integration & Closing: We will gently return, sharing a moment of silent reflection, mindful herbal tea ceremony, journaling to anchor the experience before a peaceful, cohesive close.

· Two Master Gong Practitioners (trained by Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre) weave primal and celestial soundscapes to dissolve stagnation at a cellular level.

· Chanan, a Buddhist therapist, offers trauma-informed guidance for emotional release and setting heartfelt intentions.

· Jarek, a gifted bodyworker, provides subtle somatic adjustments to unlock physical tension, allowing the sound to move through you completely.
