As the light strengthens and nature quickens its pace, we are invited to awaken our own vitality. Awaken Your Spring Energy: A Kundalini Journey is a carefully crafted 2.5-hour experience designed to harmonise your body, mind, and spirit with the season’s renewing rhythm.
Centred on a powerful, classical Kundalini Kriya for awakening vitality and heart-centred will, this workshop moves beyond a typical yoga class. It includes dedicated Kundalini Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to directly regulate your energy and nervous system. The experience is enriched with mindful reflection to clarify your intention, and deepened through sensory herbal nourishment—including handcrafted teas and homemade snacks—to ground and sustain the energy you activate.

What You Will Experience
· A Cantering Kundalini Practice: We will tune in and move through a focused Kriya (yoga set) designed to activate the navel centre—your core of vitality—and open the heart.
· Kundalini Pranayama & Meditation: You will learn specific Kundalini breathwork techniques and a dedicated meditation to channel spring’s dynamic energy, calm the mind, and achieve a state of focused calm.
· Mindful Integration: The physical and breathwork practice is framed with gentle, insightful reflections rooted in mindfulness principles, helping you connect the energy you build to conscious intention.
· Herbal Nourishment: Your journey will be supported by two curated herbal tea tastings: an Awakening Blend upon arrival and a Grounding Growth Blend after practice, each explaining the supportive role of the herbs.
· Communal Sharing: The session closes with a shared tasting of homemade, herb-infused snacks—a tangible expression of care and community, grounding the practice in sweetness and connection.

About Your Guide
Chanan is a Kundalini Yoga teacher dedicated to facilitating experiences of deep self-connection and holistic renewal. With additional training in psychology, buddhist counselling, herbalism and mindfulness, she weave together these complementary paths to create workshops that are both transformative and gently grounded, empowering participants to access their own innate vitality and wisdom.
