Jarek spends time finding exactly where you hold tension – shoulders, lower back, hips, or neck. Using advanced deep tissue or sports massage techniques, he works methodically to unlock tight muscles and restore ease of movement.

Step 2 – Hot Stones (30 minutes)

Smooth, heated basalt stones glide across your back, shoulders, and legs. Not hot – just deeply warm. The heat penetrates where fingers cannot, allowing muscles that were holding on to finally let go.

Step 3 – Indian Head Massage (15 minutes)

To complete the reset, gentle but precise pressure is applied to the neck, scalp, hairline, and temples. This ancient practice clears mental fog, reduces stress, and leaves you feeling uplifted and unusually calm.
