Collette Clark
Collette Clark is a Reiki Level Two practitioner offering individual Reiki sessions at Blue Morpho Edinburgh.
Her relationship with Reiki began seven years ago during a particularly difficult period in her own life. Her personal experience of the practice and the sense of calm and balance she found through it subsequently led her to train as a practitioner and offer Reiki to others.
Her approach is gentle and centred on creating a quiet, supportive environment in which clients can pause and have time away from the demands of everyday life.
Reiki
Collette offers both 60- and 90-minute sessions. Reiki can be received with hands placed gently on the body or without direct touch, according to the client’s preferences and boundaries. Distance sessions are also available.
Each session includes approximately ten minutes afterwards for the client to settle and, if they wish, talk about their experience.
For Collette, Reiki is above all an opportunity to create space — a moment to pause, breathe and simply have some time for yourself.
