Hayden Kilpatrick
Hayden Kilpatrick is an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor with more than 25 years of experience working within therapeutic and helping professions.
His counselling practice is integrative, with a foundation in psychodynamic theory and psychosynthesis. This allows him to draw on different ways of understanding psychological experience while remaining responsive to the particular needs, history and circumstances of each client.
Integrative Counselling & Clinical Supervision
Hayden provides a thoughtful and supportive space in which people can explore difficult emotions, relationship patterns, personal challenges and periods of change. His work is concerned not only with immediate difficulties but also with developing a deeper understanding of the experiences and patterns that may underlie them.
Over the course of his career, Hayden has worked within statutory and voluntary services and has been involved in developing services for both young people and adults.
Alongside his counselling practice, Hayden provides clinical supervision for counsellors and other professionals working in helping roles, offering a reflective space in which to consider client work, professional development and the complexities of therapeutic practice.
