I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist. I provide one-to-one nutrition consultations to support people with a range of issues from managing health conditions, weight management, improving energy or mood, dealing with stress, or improving fertility. You are what you eat and making improvements to your diet can help with all sorts of issues! Consultations include analysis of a health questionnaire and diet diary, a 90-minute one-to-one consultation and a typed copy of your personal plan along with relevant recipes and handouts. When not doing one to one consultations, I help supervise a student nutrition clinic and support my husband to run his architectural practice. In my spare time I enjoy vegan cooking, yoga, gardening and travel.
